Brenda

Senior Groomer and Owner

Animals have always been a big part of my life, bringing stray pets home as a child, even having chickens, bunnies, hamsters, reptiles, and of course, cats and dogs. As I got older and had my own home, I was able to open it up to rescues and fostered more than 80 seniors, medical needs, fear based aggression, 2 hospice dogs, some healthy ones too, along with critical care kittens during kitten season. Naturally, my career choice had to include animals and my artistic love combined beautifully with my love of animals. I’m able to bring all that I learned from caring for mostly special needs and behavioral dogs to helping each and every dog in my care, not only look beautiful, but also feel secure, safe and comfortable during the grooming process. Although I’m a groomer and not a vet, I am able to share my insight with owner’s if I see any health concerns. Each of my clients become family to me and I truly feel honored to be entrusted with their furry family members.

Animal House Grooming started out as Dtla Animal House in downtown Los Angeles and moved to Robertson Blvd. in August 2025, where we opened with state of the art equipment and an upgraded elevated experience. We partnered with Canine Combine training, boarding and pack hikes and share a beautiful space.
